Case study #1:
eCommerce store operating across Europe in 7 countries.

This store started only with a few products and a small $900. monthly spend. I helped it scale from 28 conversions to about 117 623 conversions per month with $350k spend.

The CPA had to be strictly under $8, due to product costs. When we started it was around $20-$30, but I knew that it will go down with time. Learning to trust the data will get you far.

To scale campaigns in all countries I worked not only on Google Ads campaigns but also tested many landing pages. This allowed me to keep low CPA, under $5. It’s essential but often overlook part of any Google Ads campaign.

Case study #2:
US website offering consumer services. Main objective was to get leads.

Working closely with their SEO team we managed to find additional keywords that were overlooked and with updated account structure managed to significantly improve our results.

CPA did increase by about 20%, but the company was fine with that, since they had more wiggle room. Measuring leads lifetime value gives you more freedom to increase CPA.

In this account I used a different approach to location targeting and optimization. It is a bit beyond basics, but I talk about this technique in the course.
